About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented KFC Merchandiser and Account Coordinator to oversee and optimize all menu touchpoints, including kiosks, online ordering, and delivery services. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless customer experience across all platforms and maintaining effective communication with external account managers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Window execution: Fully responsible for the correct execution of the new product launches, promotions and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
Menu Management: Oversee the presentation and accuracy of menu items across the different channels: Tills, kiosks, online ordering platforms, and delivery services.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics such as Menu conversion rate, products sales performance VS forecast, customers OSAT through the different ordering channels, order accuracy and commercial KPI’s.
Collaboration: Work closely with external account managers to ensure alignment and execution of merchandising strategies.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between KFC and external account managers for menu related queries, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Optimization: Continuously improve the customer experience by optimizing menu layouts, updating promotions, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Problem-Solving: Address, coordinate and resolve any issues related to menu presentation, order accuracy, and customer feedback.
Market research : Implement market research findings, new trends or benchmark activities, test and evaluate new menu layouts against defined success criteria.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in merchandising, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Dutch is a plus)
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools for menu management and performance tracking
