As a Shift Leader you lead 7 to 25 team members on a daily basis. In addition to managing the team, you are operationally active on the work floor. You ensure a fantastic working atmosphere and at the same time you coach employees on the quality of their work. In addition, you are ultimately responsible for our employees and guests in your shift.

For this position it is nice if you have a number of qualities:

• You have at least 2 years of managerial experience in a similar position in the hospitality and/or retail industry
• You have MBO work and thinking level
• You speak, write and read Dutch and English
• You have good numerical insight and experience with cost control
• With your passion for the restaurant and the team, you are willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays
