RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
As a Restaurant General Manager at KFC, you’ll be the inspiring leader of your restaurant team. You oversee daily operations and are responsible for all aspects of the restaurant’s activities, including food preparation, sales, inventory management, staff scheduling, and finances. You guide and motivate your team (around 50–100 employees), create a positive team atmosphere, and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. You’ll also safeguard the quality of everything served on our guests’ trays.
