You are the voice, the face, and the vibe of our office! As an Office Manager & Communication Specialist, you are the first point of contact and the driving force behind everything that happens in the office. From internal communication to hospitality and events – you ensure that it is right and fun.

What will you do?

  • You organize meetings, events, and internal communications that connect people

  • You write and distribute newsletters, manage digital screens, and keep everyone up-to-date

  • You coach, support, and replace the Office Assistant when necessary and ensure a hospitable reception

  • You lead projects in the areas of communication, safety, and hospitality

  • You support the COO and the Operations Team with planning, coordination, and communication

  • You are the link between colleagues, franchise partners, and external contacts

  • You brainstorm about improvements and implement them – from processes to atmosphere

What do you bring?

  • HBO level of education in communication or a similar field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an international, dynamic environment

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English

  • Proactive, discreet, resilient to stress, and a real go-getter

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and excellent organizational skills
