Story of Zia – Shift Leader

Zia is a shift leader at KFC and shares how he experiences his role. What he values most about his work is the influence he has on the restaurant and the team. “It feels good to truly make a difference,” he says. Most days are filled with fun and teamwork, though there are occasionally challenging moments. But that’s just part of the job, Zia believes.

What gives him the most satisfaction is helping guests and collaborating with his team. “We’re like a family,” he says with a smile. The management supports him whenever needed, which helps him perform his job well.
