Mandeep, team member at KFC, speaks enthusiastically about her work and what KFC means to her. She enjoys the busy moments on the shop floor, where she takes on various roles, from working in the kitchen to serving guests or working behind the cash register. “No day is the same,” she says, “and that’s what makes my job fun.”

For Mandeep, the team dynamic is the most important thing. “We’re like a family. Everyone helps each other and ensures we succeed together.” This team spirit, combined with the guidance she received from previous team trainers, has helped her grow. “I love sharing my knowledge and mentoring new colleagues.”

What Mandeep also values is KFC’s culture of open communication. “If something is going on, we talk about it right away,” she explains. “This keeps the atmosphere positive and helps us move forward with a good attitude.” For her, KFC is the place where she gets energy and continues to develop.
