As Restaurant General Manager at KFC, you are the inspiring leader of your restaurant team. You manage the daily operations and are responsible for all operational aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, sales, inventory management, staff scheduling, and finances. You guide and motivate your team (approximately 50 – 100 employees), ensure a good team atmosphere, and an optimal experience for our guests. You also oversee the quality of everything served on our guests’ trays.
