KFC restaurant general manager

You bring structure to complexity and make projects truly successful. You connect people, processes, and technology in an international organization that is constantly evolving. From IT transformations to international expansion: you have the control and the overview.

What will you do?

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful realization of complex, international projects within Collins Foods Europe. You operate at the intersection of business and IT, working closely with stakeholders from IT, HR, Finance, and Operations.

You take ownership of the entire process: from clarifying the requirements and creating a solid plan, to implementation and embedding in the organization. You continuously monitor scope, schedule, budget, and risks. You translate business needs into feasible solutions and guide implementations from design and testing to a successful go-live. Equally important: you ensure that changes are truly embraced.

What sets your role apart? You build bridges between teams, bring clarity to complexity, and ensure that projects not only get delivered but also make an impact.

You work on system implementations, international growth initiatives, and integration and transformation projects within Europe.
