What you’ll do 

At Collins Foods Europe, we are building more than restaurants. We are building strong leadership, talent, and sustainable performance. As Talent, Performance & Organisational Effectiveness Manager, you will be the driving force behind the development of our above-store leaders across the Netherlands and Germany. 

You will bring together performance management, leadership development, talent & succession, and organisational development into one integrated approach. Together with the Chief People Officer, you will help shape our strategy: building capability from within! 

How you’ll make an impact 

  • Leadership, Talent & Performance 

Strengthening leadership capabilities, performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning. 

  • Learning & Capability Development 

Designing and implementing leadership and learning programmes, localising content for the Netherlands and Germany, and managing digital learning environments and insights. 

  • Organisational Effectiveness 

Leading OE projects focused on culture, collaboration, and performance, and translating organisational insights into concrete improvement actions. 

  • Stakeholder Management 

Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR stakeholders across the Netherlands and Germany, with a focus on capabilities and organisational development. 

What you bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, Psychology, or a related field. 

  • Experience in Talent, Performance, L&D, or Organisational Development, preferably within an international environment. 

  • Strong coaching, facilitation, and influencing skills. 

  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach. 

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus).
